I knew nothing about garage doors and called about 6 other companies which all were not helpful. Some said openers with belts are bad in Florida (not true), some wanted to charge me $300+ for an old and discontinued model, some charged over $100 just to come by and give me.a quote. Omar and his wife came here on their day off, assessed my situation, gave me a great discount on new springs/opener and still hooked me up with more. They showed up on time on both appointments and we're really good to work with. Most importantly: they did not take advantage of my lack of knowhow and took their time to educate me in a honest and professional way. I got a 84505R if you are curious. So much quieter!
